Approach
Botanical illustrations require a high-level of technical skill and specialist knowledge to convey relevant features accurately and clearly.
Personally, I find this style of illustration beautiful and very satisfying. It is a privilege to support the communication of botanical information to researchers and non-specialist audiences.
About the Diploma
Applications for the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh (RBGE) Diploma in Botanical Illustration are invited once every three years.
Thanks to the RBGE Executive Team and Board of Trustees for supporting excellence in the field of botanical illustration.
