Approach

My goal was to inspire young creatives to think deeply about the ethics of fur and create mindfully.

Strong UX design principles are followed throughout to reduce barriers to learning. The colours are fun and motivational and signal to users where they are in the course.

The course content is delivered in person and supports participants to develop a values-based business model and put it into action.

Great people

Thanks to the awesome Partners at Yukon Fur Now.

This is the same team that made UnFURled a stellar proof of concept for the viability of an informed and engaged local fur market in Yukon.

Special thanks to Joella Hogan and Lisa Preto for their incredible work on this project.

Fur School is a direct outcome of the recommendations in the Yukon Fur Industry Action Plan.
